Shortcut and timer to delete all non-pinned/tagged items from the clipbboard & history

Clipboard storing is very useful but **if** active there are potential privacy issues with it as a lot of private info can leak into it and users can forget they have it there, unprotected and easily retrievable.

Two measures that could be implemented would be:
- Having a shortcut to wipe the clipboard, including history except pinned and tagged items.
- Having a timer to obtain the same result.
