Notifications position problem

Wrong notification position when using top position in Windows 8.1 (I didn't test it on other systems). It's always lowered by 100 screen points (in my opinion - maybe more or less) from the top of the screen. Bug concerns only top positions (left or right).

1. Go to 'Settings->Notification'
2. Select 'Notification position: Top right' or 'Notification position: Top left'
3. Click 'Apply'
4. Copy something to clipboard
5. Look at the notification area

In all 3.x versions it works as expected (notification window always appears where it should appear). The problem exists only in 4.x versions of this software.

Notification area should start from the beginning of the top of the screen and be corrected only by 'Notification Geometry' setting.
