Description

COPYQ is no longer capturing new or displaying old clipboard content, instead, it shows a meaningless ?refresh? graphic (which doesn't have an explanatory tooltip):

![COPYQ NOT WORKING, {Server-x} Corrupted data, Failed to parse MIME type ID png](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/295230/97637767-5c881600-1a8f-11eb-863d-1d6d36ab02fe.png)

It logs these at times:
`CopyQ ERROR [2020-10-30 09:05:54.439] : Corrupted data: Failed to parse MIME type ID`

A restart doesn't solve the issue.

**Version, OS and Environment**
NOTE: "copyq version" doesn't do anything.

WINDOWS 10, 64 bit
CopyQ Clipboard Manager v3.9.3
