**Describe the bug**
Layout issue on 150% DPI monitors
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Set monitor to 150% DPI
2. Open Main window
3. Maximize main window
4. Close Main window
5. Open Main window
**Expected behavior**
Layout correct
**Screenshots**
Right side toolbar is offset from edge of screen, sometimes it appears duplicated.

CopyQ Clipboard Manager v3.9.1
Qt: 5.6.3
Compiler: GCC
Arch: i386-little_endian-ilp32
OS: Windows 10
