Tags and Labels, Inbox and Done tabs and Settings Page

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**

All the inactive components on the `/mail` page, and important settings for a user to manage his accounts, labels, email data and account deletion. I want all of this to be controlled and implemented from a settings page.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

1. Something that is marked as read move it to `done` tab categorized the marked read to done tab from initial fetch and unread to inbox tab.
2. Whenever a thread is replied to already mark it as read.
3. Let user enable or disable this feature from a settings tab.
_Create a Setting Tab for managing accounts and this setting as well), implement a toggle there._
5. An Option in the Settings to manage labels, add, delete, edit also synced with our own database etc.
6. Add Subscription Management as well to cancel a subscription and delete an account.
_Ensure soft deletion of all the data of a user when deleting the account_.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Don't need to clutter the mail page more so just want to implement everything else on a separate settings page.
