- [x] persistence
- [ ] mote tests covering microblocks (in order, out of order) + "lost" blocks
- [x] add more predicates: `txid`, `block::height`, `block::any`
- [ ] add nonce to chainhooks posts
- [ ] add fallback url (aside from the primary, this new fallback option would allow consumer apps to retry with the configured fallback)
- [ ] extract and set btc spent per Stacks blocks
- [x] implement leftover bitcoin predicates
- [ ] handle case `let (orphan_appended, _new_fork) = micro_fork_updated.try_append_block(&block);`
- [ ] ability to follow multiple stacks-node
