A more obvious tip for 1 account 1 name.

One account can only have one name, but I think new users are not told well enough currently.
I suggest:
1. Add a more obvious tip (maybe can below the search bar area)
2.When user has pending preorder/register transactions, popup an alert show the limitations.

Start by locating the search bar area and the flow that handles pending preorder or registration transactions. Confirm how the account's one-name limitation is currently communicated, then define completion as an obvious tip for new users and an alert when those transactions are pending.
