Description
Low priority: update the versions of the dependencies in `requirements.txt`. Some of them have gotten useful updates (such as `pyBigWig`: more recent versions don't need `curl-config` to be in the `$PATH`, which makes installation easier on clean-slate VMs.
Also, the server is kind of broken right now because it imports FASTA tileset information from `clodius` but `clodius` is not updated to v0.17.0.
