Zoom in view is blurry in top panel but clear in middle pannel?

Description
Hi, I find a difference in the top and middle panels. When I zoom in the middle panel (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KQR8nldISYRfB3mtkXlQIe1g2vEVN72-/view?usp=sharing), the view is clear when zoom in to single pixel. However, when I zoom in the top panel, the Hi-c data became very unclear (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cHUaxR_8Lt4MMbfjYX-ccc7eM8ZZzcQn/view?usp=sharing). The hic data has same resolution.
