RTD build/deployment has not been triggered for over 2 months

Read the Docs has not built or updated the highlight.js docs for over 2 months. The page shows no changes, and the project has no recent builds.

2. Check for any build triggered after PR [#4433](https://github.com/highlightjs/highlight.js/pull/4433) was merged.
3. Visit https://highlightjs.readthedocs.io/ and verify whether the docs reflect PR [#4433](https://github.com/highlightjs/highlight.js/pull/4433).

**Expected behavior**

Merging PR #4433 into `main` should trigger an RTD build and deploy the updated docs (e.g., the shibuya theme). A new build should appear, and the page should update.

**Additional context**

As we can see, the `latest` version has not been updated for almost 2 months and 3 weeks as of today (2026/9/14):

Start with the Read the Docs builds page for the highlightjs project and compare its history with PR #4433 merged into main. Check the project and page links in the issue to determine why the build was not triggered. Done means a new build appears and the deployed page reflects the documentation changes from PR #4433.
