Does this library have SSH pipelining?

Have you any guidance on when to use the setWindowSize and setMaxPacketSize parameters on `Connection` to optimise performance for different file sizes or connection latency?

Also, does the library open multiple concurrent channels to the remote server? If so is this default or does it require explicit configuration? Can the configuration be controlled in either case?
