File uploaded but got Permission denied (net.schmizz.sshj.sftp.SFTPException: Permission denied)

Hello,

I'm getting Permission Denied (net.schmizz.sshj.sftp.SFTPException: Permission denied). File is actually uploaded but then the exception is raised.

I reproduced the issue in WinScp where it is fixed by disabling Preserve timestamp option.

Is there any other option in sshj rather than ignoring the exception?
