Description
The test `MidnightUpdateRateSuite.acct57UpdatesMidnightRateAtMidNight()` requires to be run shortly before midnight.
The e2e-tests need to be rewritten so we can mock time. Once that is possible, the test can be enabled and run automatically. Another option is to migrate this test to `xtest`.
