Description
Consider implementing duplicate event delivery. When an event is scheduled, we can randomly generate multiple deliveries. Falcon does not have deduplication, and it is probably not worth adding it. Therefore, duplicate event delivery must be configurable.
Unclear if this functionality provides any value. Deduplication is usually not a source of errors.
