Description
As part of our plan to deprecate CryptoGetAccountBalance queries on Consensus Nodes, we intend to roll out the change in phases:
- [ ] In 0.73, reduce the limit to 20K TPS
- [ ] In 0.74, reduce the limit to 10K TPS
- [ ] In 0.75, likely disable CryptoGetAccountBalance queries entirely
