Description
State Operator had a failed `EntityIdUniqueness.validateIdCounts()` validation for round `241186016` on MainNet. The validation failed on all the nodes. Even though, the next validation was successful it needs further investigation.
We need to know if this issue is reproducible, how many existing snapshots were affected, and what's the root cause.
