Description
This task is an extension of https://github.com/hiero-ledger/hiero-consensus-node/issues/23922 where we should focus on code delegation (HIP-1340) support.
- [ ] Ensure that contract calls in CryptoTransfer also work for delegated EOAs,
- [ ] add code delegation-specific HAPI tests,
- [ ] ensure compatibility across the system (Mirror Node).
