Improve the Adhoc Release workflow to be user friendly

## Description

The adhoc release workflow currently requires users to specify their feature branch name at least three times. Once via the Github branch selector and two fill in the blank textboxes.

This is not user friendly and should be changed to simply require the user to pick the correct branch from the Github provided picker.
