Chaos Mesh Testing

Add Chaos Mesh testing into our XTS and Longevity testing. When solo provisions an environment, we should be able to enable the Chaos Mesh (probably not as part of solo itself, but as part of our CI environment, or or part of Gradle). Then we should have a way to define and execute tests that will use this system for chaos testing.

Once we have a testing framework, then we’d want to define a set of tests and implement a bunch of them, and get them integrated into XTS and Longevity testing.

Start with the Chaos Mesh documentation and inspect the repository's existing XTS, Longevity, Solo provisioning, and CI or Gradle setup. Define how Chaos Mesh would be enabled, how chaos tests would be authored and executed, and how a maintained test set would run in both XTS and Longevity testing.
