### Problem
See [this comment](https://github.com/hashgraph/hedera-services/pull/14550#discussion_r1701061806) requesting more details on how to choose the execution mode for a `@HapiTest`.
### Solution
Add more details in the _README.md_ and a cookbook item for when it makes sense to use required mode of "embedded" or "repeatable".
