Refactor SPA to make only certain pages SPA

Right now, the whole front end is a SPA (which this allows being hosted on a CDN). I am finding quickly that writing the whole front end to be an SPA is a lot to handle for an application. I want to look into refactoring the code so that most of the application is a normal frontend web app to follow some structure.

Start by mapping the current front end and identifying which pages need to remain SPA-based. Define the structure for the pages that should become a normal frontend web app, then verify that the selected pages still work as an SPA and the remaining application follows the new structure.
