Update docs to explain generation process

The documentation section for generation explains just how to type 'hexo generate'. It needs to explain how the process works, how themes and plugins are run, in what order, and what folders are output where.

Without this knowledge it's really hard to understand building a theme or plugin, or creating a custom page of any type, or where to keep various data assets.
