Can you clarify how this roadmap is (or isn't) impacted by Heroku's recent transition to "[sustained engineering](https://www.heroku.com/blog/an-update-on-heroku/)"?

From the outside, some of this roadmap looks very much like sustained engineering; some of it looks like major new feature work.
