### Tell us about what you're trying to solve. What challenges are you facing?
Since the Heroku ACM uses Let’s Encrypt, add support for ECDSA with SHA384 since you can create them using Let's Encrypt.
Now the certificates created with ACM are SHA256 with RSA.
