### What service(s) is this request for?

Heroku Postgres

### Tell us about what you're trying to solve. What challenges are you facing?

Currently, Heroku offers the "-10" plans (e.g. Premium-10), which has 128 vCPU and 1 TB memory, with maximum storage of 8TB. Heroku is developing the new data platform that will shift us to more scalability and flexibility, especially decoupling compute and storage, and allow storage to grow larger than 8TB.

However, for very heavy traffic use-cases, the current -10's compute and memory may not suffice. This may be the "-11" plans with more than 128 vCPU and more than 1 TB memory.
