### Tell us about what you're trying to solve. What challenges are you facing?
as per this [KB](https://help.heroku.com/J8LR5O28/which-heroku-ip-ranges-should-be-set-for-the-allowed-ip-addresses-on-my-github-enterprise-cloud) it's not possible to provide a range of IPs to limit access to external GitHub enterprise instances, it would be helpful to have this option
