### Tell us about what you're trying to solve. What challenges are you facing?

Provide an alternative/additional service authentication for External Objects service endpoints that are currently protected only by basic authentication. Often users' security rules require increasing the security level to access Heroku External Objects exposing Heroku Postgres data to the external.
