### Tell us about what you're trying to solve. What challenges are you facing?
Smaller CIDR range size required for VPN/VPC peering (currently /16) to avoid reserving lots of IPs for each Heroku Private Space. Alternatively (or additionally), giving the possibility to add a Nat Gateway / Subnet for specific Apps
