dynos
### Tell us about what you're trying to solve. What challenges are you facing?
Configurable timeouts web requests to dynos. Currently the max is 30,000 milliseconds
We use dynos as API Gateways and some services takes longer than the time allowed
Other customers want shorter timeouts to quickly cut off requests that are not responding quickly, to conserve resources
