Unable to set Range header

I am unable to set the Range header using this client; I would like to order by desc and set the limit to 1 but I am unable to do so using this library.

No file or test is named. Start by locating the client’s request and header-handling entry points, then reproduce a request that needs a Range header together with descending order and a limit of 1. Done means the library can send those requested options to the Heroku API and has coverage for the behavior.
