Please publish CLI docker image to docker hub

This repo contains a `Dockerfile` that will install the CLI to an image, but the image does not seem to be on Docker hub. This would be useful for automations in CI environments. Instead, there are just several unofficial images which I'd rather not use for reasons which are hopefully obvious :)
