improve the build process

Using tools like recess and others (even grunt).

Automate it completely to make it possible to quickly run it in any computer with minimal configuration.

For example: static/style/plifk.css shall not exist by default, instead let a automatic process build it and remove it from the repo as the .less file is what should be used.
