Bug fix release based on last six months worth of changes

Please create a new release. Right now the GH action relies on the last release and that has few bugs that have been fixed in main but there hasn't been any new release.

The [GH action](https://github.com/helm/chart-releaser-action/blob/main/cr.sh) only downloads the latest "release" and cannot build from the main!

Start with the GitHub Action and cr.sh, which currently downloads only the latest release. Review how the action obtains its source and determine how the requested release should incorporate changes from main; done means a new release can include the bug fixes from the last six months instead of relying on the old release.
