Support installing non-Latin fonts on demand

helloSystem is designed to be simple, and as such it should not confront users with fonts that are not usable by them, e.g., it should not show non-Latin fonts to users of Latin languages (e.g., English, French, German,... etc.) because those users have no use for non-Latin fonts.

So we should find a way to install such fonts for users who actively want/need them.

I am not working on this at this time, but do welcome pull requests.
