Menu bar and window title bars not working on helloSystem 0.6.0 and later

**Describe the bug**
The menu bar and window titlebars do not show. This has the side effect of not being able to move any windows on the desktop, as well as keyboard text input not working for some reason.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Boot helloSystem 0.6.0 from live system
2. Click past the Welcome screen
**Expected behavior**
I expected the menu bar to come in at the same time as the dock and icons, as it does on helloSystem 0.5.0.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to obtain any.

- Live ISO or installed system to disk: Live
- FreeBSD version (System --> About this Computer): 12.2
- helloSystem build (`cat /.url`): https://github.com/helloSystem/ISO/commit/d8e8c62b43713a545e18e5485568b4d228f1681e
- Running in a virtual machine: no

**Additional context**
This problem doesn't occur on 0.5.0 but has occurred on every subsequent release.
