Use KWin ColorCorrect for circadian lighting?

Description

So far we have been using `redshift` for this purpose. It "just works" with minimal fuss.

But it seems now that we are using KWin we might use the functionality built in there instead?

Downsides:
* Does not work when KWin does not run.
* Might require elaborate configuration.

So maybe leave as is?
