Consider adding filelight-qtonly package

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I'm always frustrated when installing what seems like a small application downloads a lot of seemingly unrelated packages. We cannot include it on the ISO in this state.

A `filelight-qtonly` package like there is for falkon
