Description

I got the chance to do a quick test of hello on a Dell Latitude 7380.

Things that work:
* FullHD laptop display
* Audio
* WLAN chip is detected but unable to connect to a WiFi network (maybe a GUI issue? `dmesg` reports tons of `iwm0: could not initiate scan` messages)
* Wired Ethernet is detected and works
* The SiliconWorks touchscreen works partially: it is detected and moving the mouse curser kinda works, but is very laggy. Clicking does not work reliably (sometimes gets stuck in click-drag mode)

Things that don't work:
* Dell media keys (volume control etc)
* The touchpad (according to Linux's x.org driver, it is hidden behind an I2C chip or something; I could not find out which model it is)

Things that I didn't test (yet)
* smartcard reader
* LTE modem
* fingerprint reader (doesn't work even on Linux, so I assume it will probably never work, apparently rather proprietary)
* SD card slot
* external HDMI (partially works; see below)
* sleep/suspend/resume (works, see below)
* USB ports (work)

If there's anything needed, logs, output from commands, whatever, I can try to provide that.
