[bug]: HNT burn invoices not supported

### bug
When trying to fill up DC's through the Helium Console, you're presented with a QR code with the payment invoice for the HNT burn. This works fine with the old Helium hotspot app, but scanning the QR code with the new Helium wallet app produces the following error message:
> Unsupported QR Code. This QR scanner supports payment transactions and wallet addresses.
Seems weird that the wallet app doesnt support Console DC invoices
