The license of data gathered is not clear

This might not be the best place for that, but I cannot find this information and I guess, it might be useful for people.
What is the license of the data gathered in mapper? Are we allowed to use it in our projects? Are we allowed to copy it?
I understand, that the code is under the Apache license, but I guess, that the data could be distributed under some other.
