No image is displayed in the installer

Describe the Bug

I tried to open the installer to install all the game files, but for some reason, the installer doesn't display any images I can only hear the background music.

Steps to Reproduce

When I open the RecompUnleashed file from the folder, I can hear the music but there is no video.

Expected Behavior

Display the installer screen

Additional Context

I already tried editing the config.toml file by setting GraphicsAPI to Vulkan, but it didn't work.

Start by reproducing the issue by opening RecompUnleashed on Windows 10 with the reported AMD Vega hardware, then review config.toml and the GraphicsAPI setting. Confirm whether the installer renders images as well as playing background music, and verify that the installer screen displays correctly after the fix.
