Installer - Black screen, but music and controls work

Describe the Bug

I am trying to install the game on my secondary PC using the same files that I used on my main, which works fine.
Upon starting the installer, I can hear the music and the controls are responsive since I can hover over them with my mouse and hear the sound feedback. Unfortunately, the screen is black and the only way I can exit is via Alt+F4.

I tried changing the API to Vulkan in the toml file as well as changing the game to windowed. Also, I tried deleting the .toml settings file in hopes the game might re-generate it, which it does, but nothing changes.

I run other Vulkan games on this computer without issues. Some work better than others, but all of them launch.

These are my specs:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics
Windows 11 Pro 25H2 26200.7840
32GB DDR4 RAM
Latest AMD Driver installed as of today

Any help would be much appreciated.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start the installer
2. Black screen, sounds, music and controls work.

Expected Behavior

Starting the installer should show the game interface that allows me to install the game properly.

Start by reproducing the installer entry point on the listed Vega 8 and Windows 11 setup, then compare behavior with the .toml settings file, Vulkan, and windowed mode. The issue is done when the installer interface renders visibly while its existing music and controls continue to work.
