Describe the Bug

Title. When loading JJN3, water looks like this (probably the flowmap rendering instead?) instead of the green water I'd expect.

Steps to Reproduce

Load into Jungle Joyride Night Act 3
Move or move camera until water is visible

Expected Behavior

Water should render with proper water effects instead of a flat static texture.

Additional Context

Oddly, this seems pretty inconsistent and maybe tied to system updates/rebooting. It worked fine for me a few weeks ago, but I recently upgraded, and after rebooting from the upgrade, the bug came back. Previously, on Bazzite, I had the issue on 42 but it went away after upgrading to 43.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in Jungle Joyride Night Act 3 on the reported Linux setup, moving or moving the camera until the water is visible. Compare the result across the reported system-update conditions and determine whether the water uses a flat static texture instead of its proper effects. Done means the water renders consistently with the expected green animated appearance.
