When checking out cutscenes for the Hatsune Miku mod, I triggered a very annoying bug that I triggered on official Xbox hardware - after rewatching cutscenes (unsure which specific cutscenes, I might need to do more testing with a save file backup from before the glitch was triggered) the nations of Eggmanland, Holoska, Spagonia, and Shamar will be marked for story progression, and these flags being enabled will be saved to your file, which makes it permanent for a finished game save on original hardware. Since this is a bug that I previously encountered on original hardware, I believe the bug will not be fixed, but as a workaround to hide it, a code that disables country alerts would allow the irreversible bug to be hidden.

Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reproducing the issue with the Hatsune Miku over Chip mod and the listed codes, using a save backup before rewatching cutscenes; verify whether Eggmanland, Holoska, Spagonia, and Shamar become marked. Done means the country alerts or guidance markers can be hidden without changing the saved progression flags.
