Description
Validation
- I have checked the Issues page to see if my problem has already been reported
- I have confirmed that this bug does not occur in the original game running on original Xbox 360 hardware
If you have DLC installed, please specify which ones you have.
- No DLC Installed
Describe the Bug
When running on high fps, the sound effects of the bobsled start to compound until no more sound effects can be generated. If that occurs on the second bobsled of Holoska Day Act 1, the game will crash upon touching the goal ring.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set fps to some high number (mine was at MAX)
- Play through Holoska Day Act 1 up to the second bobsled.
- Jump often to re-activate the landing sound effects until no more sound effects can be heard.
- Reach the goal.
- Crash.
Expected Behavior
Two things:
- Sound effects should continue to be heard (separate issue).
- The game should not crash upon ending the stage.

Specifications
- CPU: 7950x
- GPU: Radeon 7900 XTX
- GPU Driver: AMD driver 24.12.1
- OS: W11
- Version: 1.0.1
Additional Context
You can force similar behavior for the first bobsled. The difference is that all sound effects get restored once the bobsled explodes. In that instant, all the built up sound effects that had yet to be played play together at the same time (which does cause a momentary hitch).

Research direction
No source file or test is named. First reproduce the issue on Holoska Day Act 1's second bobsled using the listed steps and compare the crash with the linked footage; done means the sound effects no longer exhaust playback and reaching the goal does not crash the game.
