【功能申请】能否在不同的客户端能使用不同的主题？

Description
不同的设备要使用不同的主题，电脑，手机，电纸书（还分彩色和黑白）等等要使用不同的主题才更适合。
客户端做本地标识，然后再后台列表记录一下应该就可以了。或者直接把主题选择存在本地更简单。
另外，还有个问题，打开页面时读书籍列表很废时，体验不好，能不能在本地缓存之前的，打开时先显示缓存，更新后再前台刷新，这样体验应该会更好。
