SubTotal calculation when order is received by a restaurant is not calculating correctly

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Restaurant Application'
Open any order received from the customer
See error now at below where all prices are calculated check the Subtotal which is calculating incorrectly
See error
Expected behavior
All the prices should be calculated correctly especillay the Subtotal
