Enatega Rider app: Add-ons are not visible to rider in rider app.

Describe the bug
After customers place an order containing add-ons, the order summary or receipt does not display the price of the add-ons on the rider app.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Login to the customer app.
Select a restaurant/store that has items with add-ons.
Add an item along with an add-on to the cart.
Proceed to checkout and place the order.
The add-ons are missing from the rider app.
Expected behavior
The rider app should show the add-ons to the rider.

Reproduce the order in the rider app using a customer order with an add-on, then start at the rider app's order summary or receipt entry point and trace how add-on details and prices are received and rendered. Done means the rider can see the add-on and its price for an order containing add-ons, without changing orders that have none.
