Invalid field for phone number

Invalid field for entering phone number ,hence phone number not taken

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to ADD RIDER
ENTER CREDENTIALS
MOVE TO PHONE NUMBER
See error
Expected behavior
Should be a numeric textbox

Start by reproducing the issue in the ADD RIDER flow using Chrome on Windows, then trace the phone number field from that screen. Done means the field accepts a phone number as a numeric textbox without showing the reported invalid-field error.
