Cant find my restaurant as an existing vendors (multivendor admin app)

Describe the bug
As an existing user, I could not find my restaurant.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Email'
Click on 'Search' interface
Type my email id
See error "there is no records to display"
Additional context
To check if my profile exist, I went to "Add Vendor" interface and entered my email id. It showed "Email is already associated with another account" (Screenshot 2)

Expected behavior
My email id should be displayed in the list of Emails.

Start by reproducing the issue through the Email search interface with an existing vendor email, then compare it with the Add Vendor interface, where the email is reported as already associated. Trace how both interfaces look up vendor emails; done means existing restaurants appear in the Email results without weakening the duplicate-account check.
